The Access Point

The Access Point offers a holistic housing, health and social care service, to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Service Description

If you have nowhere to stay the first step is to get a homeless assessment. During working hours, to arrange this visit one of the locality offices below or the Access Point. Drop-in or call ahead to arrange an appointment.
