SEASONS uses nature and arts based activities to support adults with mental health issues to achieve positive wellbeing.

Drop in sessions run twice a week, offering a safe and relaxed atmosphere, and include a range of activities such as:

  • Massage therapy,
  • relaxation,
  • music and gentle movement,
  • herbal workshops,
  • art workshops,
  • advice sessions,
  • group advocacy,
  • quizzes,
  • games,
  • singing, etc

At each session there is the opportunity to cook and eat together which is a highlight for many and a great way to learn recipes to try at home or simply enjoy sharing a meal with fellow members and friends.

There is also a regular schedule of community activities on Thursdays, often in partnership with other organisations such as the National Trust for Scotland, Jupiter Artland, National Galleries and Edinburgh Art Festival.
