SEASONS uses nature and arts based activities to support adults with mental health issues to achieve positive wellbeing.
Drop in sessions run twice a week, offering a safe and relaxed atmosphere, and include a range of activities such as:
- Massage therapy,
- music and gentle movement,
- herbal workshops,
- art workshops,
- advice sessions,
- group advocacy,
- singing, etc
At each session there is the opportunity to cook and eat together which is a highlight for many and a great way to learn recipes to try at home or simply enjoy sharing a meal with fellow members and friends.
There is also a regular schedule of community activities on Thursdays, often in partnership with other organisations such as the National Trust for Scotland, Jupiter Artland, National Galleries and Edinburgh Art Festival.
