Plan 2 Change
Plan 2 Change offers one to one, peer support to people who are finding life hard to deal with. Plan 2 Change employs people with a personal experience of mental ill health to act as ‘recovery guides’ for others.
Peer support lets people share suggestions and tips for recovery with each other. This can help people think about the things which make their life a struggle. As well as sharing ideas, peer support can offer hope and inspiration informed by peer workers’ own life experiences and specialised training.
Plan 2 Change can then help you make a plan to make positive changes for a happier and healthier life. Workers can help you to try out different strategies to keep well, with the support of your peers.
