Living Well North Edinburgh (LWNE) – Pilton Services
Living Well North Edinburgh, (LWNE), is a community mental health organisation, offering support and understanding.
LWNE offers support, friendship, and understanding to people who are finding things difficult. A range of groups offer peer support and are informal and friendly. The group programme is updated regularly, and includes things like:
- Group art therapy and counselling
- Group peer support
- Crafts like pottery, rag rugging, paper mache and arts
- Tai chi, yoga and relaxation
If you are feeling fed-up, depressed, stressed, anxious or isolated, please phone for an informal chat or to make an appointment to come and meet the staff. Your first appointment will take around 45 minutes. It is ok to bring a friend or support worker along with you. Once you are a member you can then join the groups or drop in sessions.
