Living Well North Edinburgh (LWNE) – Clermiston Services
Living Well North Edinburgh, (LWNE), is a community mental health organisation, offering support and understanding. .
LWNE offers support, friendship, understanding to adults in North Edinburgh. If you are feeling fed-up, depressed, stressed, anxious or isolated, please phone for an informal chat or to make an appointment to come and meet the staff.
Your first appointment will take around 45 minutes. It is ok to bring a friend or support worker along with you. Once you are a member you can then join the groups or drop in sessions.
Services provided include a range of social and therapy groups. The group programme is updated regularly, and includes things like:
- Group art therapy
- Group peer support
- Crafts like pottery, rag rugging, paper mache and arts
- Tai chi, yoga and relaxation
There is also a Living Well Centre in Pilton which offers similar support.

- People Experiencing Mental Health Difficulties
Applicants for this service should also meet this condition:
Open to people aged 18 and over who live in North Edinburgh.
This service accepts direct self referrals.
