Juno Perinatal Mental Health Support
Juno Perinatal Mental Health Support (JPMHS) aims to support mums who are experiencing perinatal mental health difficulties. This could be during or after pregnancy and includes other mental health difficulties as well as postnatal depression.
There are weekly peer support groups across the city, which offer support to mums, providing advice and information. The groups are run in a safe, relaxed environment, with a friendly chat, a welcoming smile and absolutely no judgement. Day time groups also provide play equipment for babies and toddlers.
Juno also offers one-to-one befriending and allow families access to a subsidised counselling service with a trained professional.

Edinburgh PANDAS support group aims to help families affected by pre and post natal illnesses. This is through peer support groups.
The groups support people who are currently suffering pre and postnatal illnesses including (but not exclusive too) antenatal depression, postnatal depression, anxiety, OCD, and eating disorders. The groups are also open to people who are recovering from these symptoms.
