In Your Corner
In Your Corner supports young carers in Edinburgh, who are aged 16-25.
The project provides guidance, information and advice through a number of activities.
One to One support with a Project Worker: Your Project Worker will work with you to help you identify what you want to achieve and support you to seek opportunities for education, employment or leisure.
Group sessions: Groups offer an opportunity to take a break from your caring responsibilities and socialise with other people who can relate to some of the issues you may be going through. Educational group sessions will also be offered around issues such as CV building, homelessness, money management etc.
Training: Workers can help you access training that you may need for your caring role or your own development.
Information and Advice: Workers can help you access other services which may be able to provide you with additional support, practically, emotionally or financially.

In Your Corner is managed by Cornerstone, funded by the Edinburgh City Council. Cornerstone is a Care Provider with a wide range of care services throughout Scotland.
Intended Client Groups:
This service is available to residents of all parts of Edinburgh
Applicants for this service should also meet this condition:
A Young Adult Carer who is unpaid, has left school and lives in Edinburgh and is aged between 16-25.
This service accepts direct self referrals.
Any third party referral using forms on website.
