HopeLine is a specialist telephone service staffed by trained professionals who give non-judgemental support, practical advice and information to;
- Children, teenagers and young people up to the age of 35 who are worried about how they are feeling
- Anyone who is concerned about a young person
HOPELine UK is staffed by trained professionals who can discuss your needs in coping with your feelings or helping someone who is feeling suicidal.
They will listen to you and can give you the practical advice, information and support you may need in order to approach and respond to suicidal feelings.
Staff have access to a comprehensive database and can give you contact details of other sources of help should they be required.
You can speak to an advisor on weekdays or weekends. We also operate a callback service. If the helpline is busy or if you need to call outside our opening hours you can leave a message on the answering machine and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
