Empathy in Mind
Empathy in Mind’s group is for anyone who cares for someone with a mental health difficulty: a friend, parent, grandparent, partner, sibling or flatmate.
The group was initially borne out of people caring for someone who had, or could have, attracted a diagnosis of borderline personality disorder (BPD). Now the group is open to all carers of people with mental health difficulties.
It provides a warm, welcome and safe space to be able to meet and chat about any of the difficulties you may be experiencing, with people who can empathise and appreciate what you may be going through. You will also get an opportunity to learn and understand the difficulties associated with diagnoses such as personality disorders.
