Bipolar Scotland 18-30 self-help group is a place where people who are affected by bipolar can share ideas and information on how to improve their quality of life.

Service Description

You don’t have to be a Bipolar Scotland member and you don’t need a referral or an appointment.

The groups are open to friends, family and carers of people with a bipolar diagnosis and have regular guest speakers.

Time: 7.00 pm – 9.00 pm
Dates: Last Monday of each month
Where: Private Meeting Room of Starbucks, 120 Princes St, Edinburgh EH2 4AD
