Move, Breathe, Relax – Movement for Wellbeing Workshop

In this workshop you will learn how you can help manage your stress by learning some simple breath, meditation and movement exercises that are designed to help calm your brain and your body and teach you how to be in control of how you feel.
No experience necessary and is suitable for all ages and abilities.
In this workshop you will:
- understand how stress effects us why we feel like we do
- discover new ways to think about stress
- have a chance to remember what true relaxation feels like
- understand the importance of regular relaxation and how to do it
