Self Harm Support Group

The Self Harm Support Group is a safe, informal support group for people who self-injure. Based in the Hive, the group is an opportunity for people to share experiences and discuss coping strategies in a safe non-judgemental group.

Self-harm is a way some people cope with overwhelming feelings or distress. By hurting themselves they may feel better for a while and be more able to cope with their lives.  It is important to understand and deal with the problems and feelings behind self-harm.

The group provides a safe secure confidential  place to discuss and share. It is open to patients and people in the community.
