Beat is a UK charity supporting anyone affected by eating disorders or difficulties with food, weight and shape. Beat offer regular online support for people aged under 18 or who have an eating disorder or are worried about their eating.

This is a space to talk about recovery, what it means to you, perhaps to explore what steps you’d like to take and what things will help you to take those steps. It may be that you are uncertain about whether recovery is possible, or even if you want to recover. The Recovery Club is a safe space to talk through your feelings with others who are may have had similar experiences.

Each chat is facilitated by a trained Beat volunteer who is there to welcome users and guide conversation where appropriate. The groups are also moderated by a Beat staff member to ensure they are safe and secure for everyone to use.

The Recovery Club sessions run on a Wednesday evening from 5.00 pm.
