A Life Worth Living is a supportive group that meets weekly in central Edinburgh. The group is for people affected by depression or low mood, and who want to make a shift from the darkness of despair to the lightness of hope.

The group meets at Simpson House, every Thursday from 10.30 am – 12.00 pm for a discussion, then from 12.00 – 12.30 pm for lunch. Simpson House is at 52 Queen Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3Ns.
